My Quota
My Quota was made in 2000, I baught her in 2004 with 12000 km on gauge, so for Guzzi almost as new.

Modifications I’ve done in 2006:
Seat was renuved by Kahedo ( on original one passenger always slips on rider’s back)
I put Hyperpro rear shock spring with Ohlins prelode adjuster on existing SachsBoge monoshock
New fairing from 1000 model is now on with Hella headlights and double H4 HID light system
45mm adjustable Marzocchi forks instead 42mm
V11 oil soump with oil cooler is on
There are 24 led bulbs in each turn signal light
Touratech Garmin Quest carrier is on handlebars
Fastway footpegs instead of original one’s
Aerostich tank bags

My Quota never let me down, I always felt safe on it and happy to have it. My wife and I have met many very friendly friends from all over Europe through the Quota EU annual meetings. In a way, it opened up completely different perspectives of living for us and enriched us.
After twenty years of using Quota mainly during summer vacations In 2024 I sold my Quota to Karina in Austria , bike become too heavy for me after I had serious hart surgery. My page about Quota will remain open but I will not edit it anymore because I have sold the bike.
